Our Mango varieties are predominantly Tommy Atkins, Van Dyke, Keitt & Yulima (native variety). Our mangoes come from a couple of regions, Tolima and Antioquia.
The nutritional values of mango are in abundance, from vitamins and minerals to antioxidants. It’s a natural approach to use mangoes to care for and maintain healthy skin.

Health benefits

Vitamin C – this important vitamin reduces the damage induced by the sun’s UV rays. Although it’s not a sunscreen, it protects against free radicals. Administering vitamin C topically (through the skin) has a better effect for this than taking it orally. It can likewise reduce inflammation caused by acne and lighten the skin.
Vitamin A – also known as Retinol, diminishes fine lines by stimulating collagen production and lightening dark patches on the skin.
Vitamin B6 – vitamin that reduces sebum on the skin (oily skin).
Copper – reduces fine lines and wrinkles, lightens the skin and fights against damage from free radicals.
Potassium – keeps cells hydrated to moisturize the skin.
Magnesium – helps to reduce oily skin, acne, and rosacea.
Beta-carotene – boosts immunity and protects the skin against bacteria and toxins.
Vitamin E – vitamin that’s famous for hydrating the skin.
Vitamin K – vitamin that helps to reduce stretch marks and spider veins.

Tommy Atkins mangoes are a great source of vitamin C and vitamin A, as well as a good source of fibre. They also contain folate, vitamin B6 and minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron. Like most mangoes, the Tommy Atkins mango contains enzymes that are beneficial for digestion. Tommy Atkins mangoes are juicy, with a somewhat fibrous flesh, and a mildly sweet taste.

This variety is of oval shape with a rounded base and a bluntly pointed apex. Most will have a small lateral beak. They average around 500 grams at maturity, with smooth yellow skin colour and a bright red blush. The flesh is yellow with minimal fibre, has a rich and sweet flavour with a great aroma and a final touch of acidity to it. This is one of our favourite varieties.

Keitt mangoes are fibre-free with a thin seed, allowing for a greater amount of smooth-textured, orange-yellow flesh. Keitt mangoes have a tangy sweet flavour with a hint of honey. Keitt mangoes can reach a weight of over a kilo each.

As a native variety of Colombia, the Yulima mango has a floral sweet taste to it. It has a moderate amount of fibres and has been known to help aid digestion. Its colour when fully matured is yellowish red and can reach up to 600 grams in weight.


Our Basil (ocimum basilicum) is grown all year round. Its delicate leaves and amazing aroma is of the highest quality and has been growing in popularity and demand.
Our Basil comes from Tamesis not too far from Medellin Antioquia.

It has the ability to increase blood circulation which helps promote and stimulate hair growth.
Basil is a great cleansing agent because of its antiseptic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. The antiseptic qualities will give your skin a great cleanse from outside bacteria and the anti-inflammatory properties will lessen the swelling and redness of current blemishes. Plus basil’s scent has stress-reducing qualities.
Basil contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, Calcium, Iron, Manganese, Folate, Omega 3 fats and magnesium.


Passion fruit is a sweet, exotic fruit with a delicious, slightly tarty flavour. The fruit is round and has a hard skin. The purple passion fruit or Gulupa, belongs to the passiflora family, this exotic fruit is a type of berry which is sweet-n-sour, highly aromatic and seedy.
Our passion fruit come from the packing house that is located in Guarne, Antioquia just 20 minutes from the international airport and 40 minutes away from the city of Medellín.

Passion fruit boosts immunity, helps prevent cancer and is rich in vitamin A. It has been proved to help digestion, blood circulation and improves bone health. It also aids in treating insomnia and respiratory conditions.


Our physalis are produced in and around Antioquia. It is grown in altitudes of around 2000 meters above sea level and are harvested by our female brigade of workers.
Physalis are bright orange in colour. They are firm textured with a sweet slightly citrusy flavour.
Known for its therapeutic properties, this antioxidant-rich plant is a true source of carotenes, provitamin A, vitamin E, phytosterols, vitamin C, vitamin B, an exceptional proportion of phosphorus and a tiny portion of protein.
Other health benefits attributed to physalis include the fact that it can soothe sore throats, reinforces optical nerves through its diuretic properties are said to purify the blood. They are used as a natural tranquilizer and are widely used to treat kidney and liver diseases as well as adjusting metabolic activity.
